How to Schedule a Tutoring Appointment
At any time, you are welcome to make an appointment with a tutor at UHD NAVIGATE. If you need guidance on how to make an appointment with a tutor, you can find that information on the UHD NAVIGATE Student Resources website.
How to Access an Online Tutoring Appointment
Please note that student UHD NAVIGATE accounts sync with UHD GatorMail or UHD staff/faculty email accounts. You will use
your username and the same password as these accounts to log in to our scheduling
system. If you need access to your UHD email account or password assistance, please
contact the IT Service Desk at 713-221-8031.
All online tutoring sessions will be held via Zoom. To ensure the security of the Zoom sessions, students will be asked to log in with your UHD username and password (the same one you use to log into a computer on campus or to log into Blackboard).
If you would like to download the Zoom app to your PC/laptop/phone, visit the UHD Zoom portal or the Android App Store or the Apple App Store where you can download & install the Zoom client on your PC, tablet or phone. Once installed, launch the program and login with the SSO option (uhd.zoom.us) to use your UHD credentials. Once logged in, enter the meeting ID and passcode for the scheduled tutoring session.
