Mrs. Lundgren manages the Enrollment Communications team within the Enrollment Management division, which supports the recruitment, enrollment and retention of prospective and current students by supplying consistent, exact, persuasive, and prompt communications. She also oversees new student transition programs that are designed to help get students acclimated to campus. Units within Enrollment Communications include student communications, new student orientation, web development and publications, and student reclamation programs.

 

Courtney has more than 14 years of higher education experience. She has worked in the areas of admissions, customer service, recruitment, student communications and new student orientation. In addition to UHD, Mrs. Lundgren has spent time working at Lone Star College.

 

In her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves the Houston Astros and loves going to games.
